Our fit out expertise stems from 31 years of extensive interior refurbishments in the commercial (Office & Retail) sectors. The Conroy management team have an impressive combined fit out experience of 94 years throughout Ireland & U.K.

Conroy take on only a handful of projects at a time, in order to ensure Director level involvement in your project. This means that the entire team, from top to bottom, have a deep rooted understanding of our clients requirements for their space, their people and their brand.

Conroy specialise in working in live environments. We understand that whether you’re a tenant in an office building, or a retailer trying to maintain business continuity during refurbishments, the health and safety of those around us is paramount.

Conroy use proven and quality driven project management procedures to ensure consistent project delivery to our clients. Our Project Managers collaborate directly with stakeholders and end users to define, scope and execute projects, meeting the client’s brief and ensuring the best results are achieved. Our team have a combined management experience of 56 years.

Half yearly inspections.

To ensure you love your space as much as you did the day you moved in, we complete inspections 6 months after handing over your project. Not loving a certain aspect? No problem, we’re here to adjust the space to just how you like it.
