Conroy is a general contractor and construction manager delivering through Design & Build, Traditional, and Management Contracting across five sectors. Our approach front-loads risk in pre-construction so that delivery on site is controlled, programme-certain, and built to the standard each project requires.
Our Approach
Design co-ordination, regulatory risk, procurement strategy, and programme logic are resolved before mobilisation. By the time we break ground, the project has already been built once.
