Conroy were tasked with the design & build fitout of this office space for a confidential client, spanning 12,000 Sqft.
The design brief for this fitout was based heavily on acoustic insulation & noise cancellation, making each individual office space a private, secure place to handle sensitive information. With 11 individual office spaces, comms room, canteen, board room, shower/WC facilities, along with an entirely new HVAC system, this old building was given a new lease of life.
