Martin Conroy founded Conroy in 1991 and has led the business through every phase of the Irish construction market since. He has built, managed, and commercially closed projects across multiple procurement routes and sectors. The supply chain relationships, client trust, and commercial reputation Conroy operates on today were established by Martin over three decades of consistent delivery.
As Chairman, Martin provides strategic oversight and maintains the client and supply chain relationships that are the foundation of the business. His focus is on ensuring that the credibility, commercial stability, and delivery culture built over thirty-five years continues to underpin everything Conroy delivers.

James Conroy is responsible for delivery across all six of Conroy's sectors. He leads pre-construction, directs project delivery, and is personally accountable for outcomes on every project the business undertakes. His background spans senior operational and delivery management positions on large-scale projects across Ireland and the UK.
James is directly involved in every project from pre-construction through procurement, delivery, and handover. This operational depth underpins the pre-construction discipline, project controls framework, and BIM capability that Conroy applies across all six sectors — and he remains a primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and supply chain partners throughout.
