Conroy were engaged by our client to design and build this Industrial warehouse & office complex. Our construction team completed the 26,000 Sqft build (20,500 Sqft Warehouse, 5,500 Sqft Office) before calling on our interior fit-out team to complete the offices within. Conroy worked closely with consulting engineers throughout, and completed this scheme within the budget and timeframe.
